Our expertise as a designer and manufacturer means you can obtain the best advice in the shortest possible time thanks to our permanent stock of your essential wearing parts. Gaskets, tresses, check valves, ball guides, valve seats, diaphragms and pistons in various materials and of all sizes are regularly ordered so that we can always meet the most common requirements of our customers in the shortest possible time.
A dedicated sales team is on hand to handle all your requests for spare parts. For each request, please have your pump number ready to enable us to identify the parts and meet your needs as quickly as possible.
Repairing or modifying your pumps :
For maximum reliability, increased lifetime and efficiency, DKM Clextral can repair or modify your pumps to adapt to new conditions (increased speed, change of head, changing from piston to diaphragm, changing the type of drive).
These so-called revamping operations are carried out in our workshops with delivery of a test sheet and a flow / pressure curve. A warranty on parts replaced will protect yourself against the risks of premature incident.
The competence of a manufacturer for on-site maintenance and training:
DKM- Clextral puts at your disposal a team of qualified technicians to ensure on-site service, to intervene on planned maintenance shutdowns, or in case of a specific need.
Training sessions are organized by our specialists to develop the skills of your operators on our pumps. These sessions can be carried out either on site or in our French headquarters (Firminy, 42). Subjects can be adapted according to the staff trained.
