Fluid metering
DKM pumps suit the needs of the end user : double diaphragm pumps, plunger pumps, chemical injection package, and fluid metering.
The mechanical design, chosen for its simplicity reduces maintenance for fluid metering. It is robust and well adapted for an arduous industrial life.
Flow control : accuracy
The flow rate can be controlled by piston stroke length and/or stroke rate:
- Simplicity
- Accuracy of flow rate is +/- 1 %.
- Performance : Power of the motor is from 0,37 up to 200 Kw. Stroke frequency is between 30 and 170 spm, according to the pump type and the application.
Reliability: The whole range of DKM pumps is in accordance with the API 674 and API 675 international standards.
The quality system is in accordance with ISO 9001.
Adaptability : DKM pumps have design flexibility and adapt to the needs of the user. DKM engineering department is ready to evaluate the feasibility of any specific application.
