DC100 pumps are API674 positive displacement piston or diaphragm pumps for the dosing and injection of fluids.

- Pressures: up to 300 bar.
- Flow adjustable by frequency variation.
- Stroke length: 100 mm.
- Maximum thrust: 10000 daN.
- Maximum motor rating: 160 KW.
The DC100 pump is the basic version of the DKM high-capacity pumps. Sturdy and reliable, it is used for the dosing or transfer of fluids in numerous applications in the oil, chemical, food and nuclear industries.
Flow Adjustment:
The flow rate of the DC100 pumps is set mechanically and may be adjusted by varying the frequency of the motor.
Multiplexing:
DC100 plunger piston or diaphragm triplex or sextuplex pump drive mechanisms may be combined.
Dosing heads: the DC100 pump may be fitted with two types of dosing head:
