Pulsation dampers
DKM provides many accessories around the pump : pulsation dampeners, double diaphragm shock absorber, check valves, diaphragm leakage detector, remote control actuators and frequency inverters.
Explosive environments
All the pump models can be fitted with explosion-proof (flame-proof) motors. The accessories, control systems, pulsation dampers, etc. It can also be made to comply with these requirements.
SOME EXAMPLES FROM REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICALS PROJECTS
Pumps for transferring hydrocarbons, water saturated with hydrocarbons and acid hydrocarbons, Condensate and hydrocarbon transfer pumps (up to 30 m3/h).
Metering liquids containing suspended solids (magnetic check valves are specified on certain polyethylene processes).
Metering aluminum alkyls (pyrophoric compounds) for polyethylene production.
Metering caustic soda and hydrochloric acid.
Metering anti-flocculating agents, dyes, CCl4, TiCl4, etc.
DKM pumps, both in organic and inorganic chemistry, for base materials and also for finished products. Specific equipment and special accessories have been developed for certain markets, sometimes in co-operation with or at the request of chemists, such as check valves, PTFE diaphragms, pulsation dampeners, etc.
